Moose Peptides

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

About Our Peptides

Are your peptides intended for human use?

No. All products sold by Moose Peptides are strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro testing only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical, therapeutic, or veterinary use.

We provide high-purity research compounds, typically ≥99% as verified by HPLC testing. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available for our products to ensure consistent quality for your research.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place. For long-term stability, we recommend refrigeration (2–8°C). Once reconstituted, peptides are more sensitive and should be kept refrigerated and used promptly according to your laboratory’s research protocols.

Lyophilization is a freeze-drying process that removes moisture while preserving the molecular structure of the peptide. This ensures a longer shelf life and stability during transit across Canada.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center within Canada. This ensures reliable domestic transit and removes the concern of international customs delays for our Canadian researchers.

  • Expedited: 2–6 business days.
  • Express: 1–3 business days.

Note: Delivery to the Territories or remote rural areas may take additional time.

At this time, we ship exclusively within Canada to ensure full compliance with domestic regulations and to maintain the highest standards of delivery speed and quality control.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major secure payment options, including credit cards and direct bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your data remains private.

Due to the sensitive nature of research-grade peptides and the requirement for climate-controlled storage, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility. This policy ensures that every researcher receives a product of guaranteed integrity.

Legal & Compliance

Are these products legal in Canada?

Yes. Our products are legal for sale and purchase for laboratory research, analytical, and educational purposes. They are not intended for, and should not be used as, drugs, food additives, or household chemicals.

While a specific license is not required for purchase, by using this site, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or are affiliated with a research institution or laboratory. You assume all responsibility for the lawful handling and use of these compounds.

Technical Support

How do I reconstitute my peptides?

Reconstitution should be performed by trained professionals in a controlled laboratory setting. For safety and regulatory compliance, we cannot provide specific mixing instructions or “dosage” information, as our products are not for administration to humans or animals.

Yes, we offer bacteriostatic water as a convenience for researchers to use in their reconstitution protocols.
